We wish to pen a few words of appreciation regarding the 03-Day workshop you have conducted in our School from 30/07/2010 to 01/08/2010.

To start with: your addressing the morning assembly attended by 3000 students and 190 teachers was well received.

You took time to witness teaching in as many classes as possible after conducting an in –depth, Meeting with the Academic In-charges, regarding their expectations and immediate requirements.

The In-service Teacher Development Programme conducted by you; for the K.G, Primary and Secondary teachers, has motivated them in the right directions. Every minute of the programme was found by them to be precious. Teachers’ awareness was enhanced and with subsequent interactions and interventions, we are doubly sure that they will get

Reinforced and will become the habit; thereby the school stands to benefit.

Professor Handoo with his extra-ordinary versatility and prolific teacher-mentor quality alongwith Dr. Subhash Arora, kindled the minds of our teachers with active interaction using both verbal and non verbal, audio and video, left the teachers spell-bound.

It won’t be a hyperbole if I make a mention that this is the best teacher-training workshop that our school has ever had.

Our hearty appreciation to Prof. (Dr) B. L. Handoo and Dr. Arora for having made the workshop effective and we look forward for their subsequent visits to bring up our school in the area of teaching-leaning on par with any school of international standard.

Dear Prof. Handoo,

Sir, the 04 days workshops on ‘Capacity Building of the Teachers’ conducted for SOS Hermann Gmeiner Schools at Varanasi, Jammu, Faridabad, Palla – Nuh, Bhopal and Anangpur, were a great learning for all the Heads of schools & teachers. Many new initiatives have been taken after the workshop to enhance the quality of education.
Under your guidance, we could see marked difference in demonstrations of teaching by the fourth day of the workshop. This would ultimately benefit the children in the classroom.
